Recently, I made a trip to my Inglot store and got some beautiful pigments. I'm absolutely obsessed with their pigments. In my opinion, Inglot makes some of the best in the beauty industry! In this look, I used Inglot's #113 pigment. If I could only describe how gorgeous this pigment is, I would. Unfortunately, this is one of those products where you have to see it for yourself in person!

Products Used

  • Inglot #88 Gel Liner: this product was used as the base for all the eyeshadows. The gel liner is quite heavy, so a little goes a long way. I used my finger to spread this all over the eye, going into the crease. Then I buffed out this product, only in the crease, using a fluffy brush.
  • MAC Beautiful Iris Eyeshadow: applied to the tear duct and inner corner of the eye. Beautiful Iris was blended upwards, into the crease and brow, for an ethereal effect.
  • MAC Stars N Rockets Eyeshadow: applied to the crease and outer lower lash line. This eyeshadow will give the look a holographic feel. Using a fluffy brush, Stars N Rockets was used to diffuse all the other eye products. As you can see in the photo above, the eyeshadow was taken further out, all around the eye.
  • MAC Cobalt Eyeshadow: applied to the outer corner of the eyelid and lower lash line. This eyeshadow gives the look more dimension. Cobalt is the darkest eyeshadow in this look. It blends beautifully with the purple tones of the eye.
  • Inglot #113 Pigment: using a flat brush, this beautiful pigment was applied only to the centre of the eye. Also, this pigment was smudged along the lower lash line, concentrating the pigment on the first half of the eye.
  • Urban Decay Tonic Eyeshadow: with a fluffy brush, Tonic was used to strengthen Stars N Rockets and further the holographic effect. This eyeshadow was lightly applied to the inner corners of the eye, both the inner lid and lower inner corners.
  • Urban Decay Backfire Eyeshadow: this eyeshadow is not a necessary step, but I love this colour so I was just looking for a reason to incorporate it to the look. Backfire was blended onto the outer edges of the eye. This is what gives the eye a blown out effect!
  • Anastasia Beverly Hills Gold Metallic Eyeliner: applied to the lower water line, for a metallic pop.
  • Kiss Lashes in Graceful: cut to fit the eye and applied on the top lash line.
